HTC Vive VR Optics Remix for Gear VR lens mod

Remixed this remix in order to fit my 40/41mm Zenni lenses (SKU 450014) as well as to make it fit over the recent Gear VR lens adapter mod.

Designed to fit over this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2837804 (based on v3.2).
