A extension nut for a 10mm bowden tube push-to-connect (PTC) fitting usually found to hold the bowden tube into the hot end heatsink. Designed to leave-in-place with the bowden tube running though it, it's aimed to get easier access to removing the fitting (whenever there's a clog that needs unclogging).
Design for Creality CR-10 but will probably work for others.
