Wall mount Pliers hanger with aluminium rod

Here is my Pliers holder, screwed to my workshop shelf.

It needs a 15mm outside 1mm thick aluminium square.

There is 2 screws :

1 at the top
1 in the middle of the square for the robustness.

Doesn't need any support
