Remixed Tevo Tarantula power supply bracket

Thanks to Stage_Monkey for the original drawings - both his power supply brackets fitted really nicely, but the top bracket needed a lot of support to print properly. This was because the tab on the top protruded through the plane that seemed natural to sit on the printer bed.

I remixed the design and the top bracket now comes in two parts - the main case for the PSU and a small tab that needs a drop of superglue to fix to the case. This now prints nicely and doesn't need any support.
