Black & Decker Utility Cabinet door latch

This is a door latch for the Black & Decker SpaceRite Utility Cabinet commonly sold at Lowe's. (I think the model number is 17182939 - but I've had it for 12 years, so not 100% on that). After a few years, the top and bottom started to sag and the doors wouldn't close properly. This latch keeps it closed regardless of door alignment.
