Garlic Press Cleaner (Pampered Chef model K11)

The Cleaning tool that came with the Pampered Chef Garlic Press model K11 started losing the spikes shortly after I got it, there are about 45% of them left, so I decided to make a replacement.
The way the original was designed it doesn't really stay on very reliable when in storage, so this one I designed a little different and it seems to stay on just fine.
