Short Peon 230

I don't have a camera on my Peon230 right now, so I remixed the FPV plate to be smaller (it's half size) and I also included my printed spacers of the same size. The result is the same Peon, but it's shorter, bringing the battery closer to the center of mass, which helps keep things balanced.

There are also several smaller FPV rigs, that could probably be attached easily to this smaller panel.
