Interchangeable Dual Blower E3Dv6 40mm fan led holder FIXED for S3D

This was fixed for S3D (Gaps missing in slicer)

Also found a raised piece on the 40mm fan mount face that that messes up the part laying flat on the build plate and causing it to not print correctly and messing up the skirts/brims.

If printing fan mount side down then move the part down 1mm or more to correct the issue.

This is a quick fix for S3D
