This Thing was created for a robotic assembly demo at a trade show.
Universal Robots will use vision to identify parts and automatically assemble them together. Considerations where taken to make assembly easier, like tapered cuts that help pieces slide together more easily.
After the part is assembled, the robot will move the part to the fan station and mate the part onto PVC pipe, causing the gear inside to spin.
Design scales easily and is parametric in Fusion 360.
