Charm version of Ela's operator icon from Rainbow Six Siege.

Needed a lower resolution model to print at smaller sizes on my MPSM v2.

v3 - test printed decent (see photo), though I'm not super confident in the keyring (rounded)
v4 - changed the keyring to increase support. (also tried to orient the model so thingiverse displays it properly)
