Prusa i3 MK3 Arducam OVA5647 Camera Mount

I used the arm and arm mount from the `Prusa i3 MK3 Camera Mount` project by jtmeunier, but the camera mount didn't work for my Arducam OV5647. I created a simple mounting plate for the camera that attaches to the arm mount. The camera screws to the plate using microscrews from a glasses repair kit (6mmx1.5mm). The other screws I used were leftovers from the MK3 build kit.
