BL Touch Mount Height Calibration Tool

The BL Touch probe needs to be 2.5mm higher then the nozzle tip and 8.5mm to the base of the sensor from the nozzle tip.

This block is 6mm thick with a 8.5mm upper block

This gives you the ability to park the tip on the lower surface and adjust the stowed BL Touch probe till it touches the upper block. To check the flat surface on the probe at 8.5 set your nozzle to 0.1mm normal height and you should have 0.1mm to the upper surface to the flat of the probe.
