This is a 2.5" version of [my 4" adapter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2877754), using measurements from [Mauro Segura's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2876787).

I have not yet printed this variant myself, so please let me know if you run into any difficulties with it.
