3x40mm e3d v6 clone duct to fit 46mm carrier

all of the 3x40mm fan housings I found did not fit my carrier so i remixed it to. The fit is very tight and it looks amazing on the printer. Fans do there job well. I am also useing this on the 46mm carrier I remixed
