Berd Air eSwitch Duet Wifi mount

This is a mount for the eSwitch board from Makerhive onto the Duet Wifi.
No screw or bolt required, it just fit in a (generally) unused 2x5 IDC Connector (see pictures). I've made the part in way it fit even with a daughter board for PT100 next to it (see pictures).
This is only a mount for the board it doesn't carry connectors between the eSwitch and the Duet since they're made elsewhere on the Duet.
You have to solder the male dupont connector on the eSwitch board upward.
