Take apart a Lexar USB flash drive and remove the circuit board
This model will fit LEXAR Thumb drives 2.0 and 3.0
the Nintendo controller houses the Data stick Pro usb size
I added a USB extension to be able to extend the USB port connector.
Add hot glue to secure the circuit board into the case opening.
No glue is needed for the cap
Software used: Onshape
I used makerbot replicator 3D printer with PLA material.
