Plastic Gutter Mounting Bracket

a friend of mine asked me if I could recreate the mounting brackets he needs to hold the gutter to his conservatory. the gutter braces fit into these clips, and these clips fit into a plastic groove on the conservatory. sadly, the clips are no longer available from the manufacturer, and his existing clips have been damaged due to age and bad weather. this is a work in progress, as they have not yet been tested.
