remix Creality cr10 ender 2 double 5015 fan mount. stock hot end bltouch

this is a remash the original is here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2767047 i added to it so you can use a bltouch. it you want to use a ezable use the original one linked above. also made the solidworks file too. offsets for firmware are X+47 Y-2.4 Z you will have to figure out after you get it adjusted.
