Little MasterSpool v1 add-on lock

DAS FILAMENT just released part2 v2 of their [Little MasterSpool](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2791930), which adds holes to attach the inner end of the filament spool to and thereby **lock** both halves together.

I have already printed version one of the Little MasterSpool and didn't want to print the whole part 2 (v2)
