A spring loaded scribe tool for scraping ink off a blank circuit board as demonstrated by Lamja Electronics.

By covering a blank circuit board with permanent marker or lithographic etchant resist ink then scraping the ink away with this scribe, one can acheive incredibly fine tracks, close enough to make very detailed surface mount pin spacing on a 3D printer.
