Modded "Blank Side" Walls

I was frustrated that the 3 flat walls didn't have toppers like the vented walls and so they did not look the same. Also when you scaled them they did not scale correctly height wise. I added toppers to the blank wall tiles so now they are the same! Figured I would throw them up just in case anyone else needed it. Shoutout to Niphilim and Printable Scenery for all the original work!
