Hot End Holder with part cooling spout

This was specifically designed for use with my homemade 3D printer, but could probably be used on other printers.

Version 2 of the back side has a slot on the left side that will allow you to adjust the tilt in the event that the back plate holes are not aligned.

Version 2.5 of the back side has the left side slot of version 2, and a new right side slot so the x axis position can be slightly adjusted (if needed)
