Simple filament guide I designed which is intended to be placed on the top of the z-gantry.

Requires two 608 or ABEC 7 bearings.

UPDATE 02/06/18: I no longer recommend using this since it does not solve issues with respect to extrusion if your filament is mounted to the side of the printer, I'd highly recommend using my new design instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2942787
