Ultimate First Layer Calibration Patterns

After having some first layer troubles, I decided to write an OpenScad file to generate various first layer calibration patterns. Just edit the attached OpenScad file and remove the comment in front of the pattern you're interested in OR download one of the pre-rendered STL files (they're for a 250x210 mm bed).

You can also combine multiple patterns by un-commenting multiple lines.
