There are some issues with the infill at the end of the print, if you use slic3r go to Print Settings>Layer and perimeters>Quality(slower slicing) and activate Detect thin walls.
I have built a construction for a 40 mm fan, which fits the e3d v6. Although I found some, but many were too close to the Hotend or they were too big. The model is very well built and has a high quality.
