IKEA used to sell those handy screw on dampers for kitchen counter doors until they decided to upgrade the whole kitchen to a new hinge system. The current dampers do not fit the older hinges (the new ones clamp on the new hinges). One of my damper housings broke, so I modeled one reusing the internal parts of the broken damper (the adjustment cylinder and screw and the damper+lip).
