Caddy for the CD Drive on this Dell Optiplex GX240 SFF was missing. Due to missing screws i taped the Drive into the Caddy (doublesided Tape), Caddy itself can be pushed into the Bay and will stay there (toolless, like the original one).
Might fit other SFF Dell Desktops too.
