Junior hockey puck adaptor for Kossel Delta Puck Foot

As an improvement over the original they have recessed screw positions, so the pucks sit flat. My pucks fit perfectly, so getting them out once pushed in can be tough, but this means tehy don't slip out when lifting the printed.
