Simple bed leveling knob for Maker Select/Duplicator i3 and similar printers.

I found that with other knobs I often got the up and down directions mixed up when adjusting the level on the back screws and had a hard time getting a good grip. So I designed this version that helps differentiate between the directions a bit. It also allows you to adjust the level with a single finger which can help when reaching around to the back of the printer.

An m3 nyloc nut should be used with this part.
