Anet Full Graphics Display Mount for A8

I changed the display on my A8 to the one that comes on the A6, commonly found online for about $15 as the "Anet full graphics display". I liked the case/adapter by Alkozin to fit it onto the stock A8's frame, but it sticks out far enough to hit the parts on the X gantry when raised high enough and limits the build volume height. I made these extra parts to raise the display a bit and give you some more versatility with it.
