Filament Bag Port

In an effort to keep my PLA from being exposed to too much moisture, I kept the rolls in the bag and cut small openings for the PVC pipe that aligns with the spool center. I pushed the pipe through the bag, through the spool and out the other side of the bag. I kept the desiccant in the bag to help deal with moisture. Now how do I get the filament out of the bag?
