HEVO extruder mount for V6 chinese clone and Proximity Sensor SN04

I have made a remix verion of martind_n version. I needed some more tuning space for the fan shaft. The chinese V6 anycube is a bit longer. I also added some support for another type of sensor SN04 (5mm detection range) that was laying around. So you can use one of both types.
