CR-10 40 mm fan duct for original support

it's not perfect but it work with 40 x 40 mm fan (10 or 20 mm)
- 2 screws on top
- 2 or 4 15 mm M3 screws for the fan
- somme rubber or silicone to make a damper to avoid vibrations
