This is an insulator that sits around a flashlight LED. Its purpose is to protect the exposed leads from shorting on a metal reflector or the body. I printed it with some Glow ABS for a nice effect after turning the light off. Its designed for a PowerLED such as Nichia 219 series or Cree XPG.
