I made this for fastening 3mm thick polycarbonate panels to my hypercube evolution's 3030 extrusion to enclose it. I created holes in the panels with a 9/32" bit and obrounded them until the fasteners would just barely press through. That way, they will stay in place when the panels are removed. This allows me to take panels on and off my printer fairly quickly without tools. If you make the holes too wide they can fall out easily and not fasten the panels quite as tightly. I had a few spot
