I remixed my own https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2865844 and a printed PC4-M6 coupling into version 2 of my reverse bowden adapter.
Main improvements are greatly reduced material requirements. Also the frame mount is no clipped onto the frame instead of requiring to be glued to it, this makes it a lot more flexible (but also a little bit more prone to come off, though this has not yet happened to me).
It works great but I have to warn about one thing: after attaching this to the X carria
