This is a remix based on lokster's excellent design, especially the snap-fit to the 50 mm radial blower fan. I have adjusted this to better fit the TronXY_X1 so that I can attach the part cooler/blower to the original metal cage around the extruder.

You will need a specially designed adapter to mount the 50 mm radial blower fan, and I would recommend this newly minted one which allows you to adjust the blower height easily:
