FrankenCooler for Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2.1 (CiiiCooler+Mistral)

This is the remix of CiiiCooler by https://www.thingiverse.com/Pawpawpaw85/about and Mistral cooler for Anet A8 by https://www.thingiverse.com/Leo_N/about.

My friend gave me his Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2.1, because he had no time for it. First and biggest problem was part cooling. Original cooling system just does not cool at all. I tried different models from thingivers, but nothing works.
I am already has my Anet A8, and it works great. I use realy good cooling for Anet - Mistral_V2.1. And
