Dowels for use with model ships

4 and 6mm dowels for use with model ships such as those from the Lost Islands Kickstarter. They are made in flat and upright versions. Each piece is 50mm long. Print as many as you need, glue them together then cut to length. The flat ones look more 'woody' but are a bit of a fiddle to assemble. The upright ones require a skirt or brim and you will need to clean out the holes with a hobby drill (1.5mm bit for the 4mm rod and 2mm bit for the 6mm rod) but otherwise are less trouble to assemble alt
