Raspberry Pi A+ & 3A+ case with picamera arm

** 2019-02-24** Thanks to DOugL, I updated the cam ribbon slot on the top to fit with the rpi3A+

- added the picamera arm
- reduced the top and bottom thickness from 2mm to 1mm
- added the slot for the camera ribbon
