Give credit were credit is due. I did not design this mount, just modified it for my purposes. I downloaded this mount from Grabcad. It was originally for a CR-10 but works for Ender-4 also.

This is mounted around a hot end so PLA is not recommended. I tried ABS and PET-G and PET-G would be my recommendation.
