frame for e011 fc and 6mm motors

quickie design, needed a frame for an old build. uses the fcb for rigidity, design is very minimal (frame is 3.2mm high). should be strong enough to survive acro, but i will add light foam cowling to the motors and cam. plan on using glue to hold the sides of the fcb and keep the motors in place (i literally rolled out of bed and decided to do this.. fcb mounting holes are actually 1mm too close together but its okay as they're
