MPSM Alternative Hot End Mount for Drop In Fan Shroud. Get rid of the clips.

I designed this alternative hot end mount to get rid the clips holding on the fan shroud.
Now when I design a new fan shroud it will just slide down over the pegs instead of using clips.

The screw holes may print a little funny, but it doesn't really affect the functionality.
