P3Steel Y Cable Chain Mounts

Mounts for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2311596/#files and compatible cable chains for P3Steel Y axis using existing M3 holes. One is co-located with the Y idler or motor bracket, the other slips over the 'spur' used for 3-point leveling (which I do not use) on the Y carriage.
