Self Contained Draining Warp Pipe Planter

I designed this planter in 3 parts:

- The Outer Shell - This is will collect the water drained from the inner shell that can then be discarded / reused later.
- Inner Shell - This is where the dirt and plant should be planted.
- Ring - This ring goes around the inner shell and supports it on the outer shell.

I made it in 3 parts to allow printing without the use of supports. If I made it only 2 parts (inner and outer shell) a massive amount of supports would be required.

** NOTE:
