28mm Bollard Security Checkpoint

I designed this to be a simple security checkpoint using hydraulic bollards. The design is modular and designed to suit a variety of configurations. I use it for Infinity the Game but would equally suit other sci-fi games such as Warhammer 40k as well.

I used the excellent clip system from the Dragons Rest (dragons.rest). The clips are best printed with 0 top and bottom layers, 0 infill and 2 perimeters. If printed solid they will make a very firm connection.

The scale is designed to work with 28mm or 1/56 models and can be easily scaled up. I don't recommend scaling down as some of the details will be lost.

For print settings I used 0.16 layer height on and Ender 3 with good results though I'm confident you wouldn't lose much detail going to 0.2mm layer height.
