28mm Scale Log Canoe

The next thing in my series of Bronze Age boats ! This is a log canoe scaled to work with 28mm figures.

I designed this to work with our current D&D adventure, where the party are exploring along a river inhabited by savage tribes and lizardmen. It is very loosely based on the incredible bronze age canoes found at Must Farm in Cambridgeshire, which were of a type where the occupants knelt on the floor rather than sitting at benches. I have taken some liberties with scaling (particularly the width) to enable them to be useful for tabletop gaming and to fit onto most 3D printer print beds.
