Extended RPi Zero Einsy Door + Hub Mounts

Milo5000's Einsy case mod was great but I was having issues putting in my RPi with a heatsink mounted. The modded lid allows for a heatsink extending at least 4mm above the MK3 PI frame so around 7mm total in height for the heatsink. The additional space also allows for easier removal of the SD card with pliers or really precise fingers.
