Alternate 128x64 LCD Mount for Tronxy X5S

The LCD that came with my Tronxy X5S had a janky lcd panel, plus the components for the SD card slot are not populated - the stock Melzi control board has a microSD card slot in it, but I have replaced that with an MKS Gen so that I can use TMC2130 drivers.

Seeing no mount for the 12864 LCD with the more common layout, I designed my own specifically for this printer. I think it looks great, and it's a solid mount for the new LCD; but most importantly, now I can use an SD card again. If only O
