Please enjoy the Gonk droid from Star Wars!
Built based on some drawings I found online. It's action figure scale, perhaps 60% height of a Luke or C-3PO. The face plate has some pretty small details which haven't exactly printed well on my printer, but it's OK. Everything is meant to have a snug fit, but depending on what tolerances your printed can accomplish, you might need to do some sanding or cutting.
I'll post a photo once I take a decent one.
